Double D is a Nic 30, and has been well refurbished over the last six years under current ownership. We now wish to upgrade, and sail further afield.
She is a solid, successful, and forgiving sailing boat. These boats survived the ill fated '79 Fastnet race!
Engine:
A new Beta 20 diesel engine, gear-box, shaft, propellor, controls, and fuel system were fitted in 2011, and they have done 280 hours since then, being serviced regularly each season.
Electronics:
A new DSC VHF fitted 2012, along with a total rewire for the vessel, 12 volt LED internal lights, and mains sockets, a 35 amp solar charging panel, an entertainment DAB radio with saloon and cockpit speakers.
Navigation:
Autohelm Navico TP 300C, Lowrance 4800M GPS
Instrument Pod fitted in cockpit, with Depth/Speed, Windex, Battery Monitor, GPS Repeater 2012
Deck Gear:
All lines led aft to cockpit, via 10 new Barton clutches 2015

Sails:
Fully battened Main, 150% Genoa new 2016, Spinnakers x 2 large, and small
Spinnaker pole, Whisker pole
2 x gas bottles, in approved vented locker
Safety:
Manual Bilge pump, and New electric automatic pump 2017
Ground Tackle:
2 x anchors, 15 metre new galvanised chain 2014, 25 metres warp
Fenders, boathook, and mooring lines included.
